TIERRA Payment Structure & Early Buyer Savings
*Deposit of $5K USD or 100,000 MXN, is required to reserve a residence.
* Balance of a 30% minimum downpayment, along with a signed purchase contract, must be received within 15 days.
*Deposit is 100% refundable within 15 business days of the reservation date. Exceptions may be made under special circumstances and are at the discretion of the developer.
*Standard payment structure with 30% downpayment, amortized monthly payments over the build period and balance at closing. Optional payment schedules are also available. Please contact us for more info.
*The number of amortized payments is influenced by both the deposit and the timing of the purchase within the builder's schedule.

HOA Fees
HOA’s will be approximately $375 - $800 USD per month
